Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deleting Multiple Milestones or Steps

You can select multiple milestones or steps and delete them at the same time.

When you select multiple milestones or steps in the Milestones/Steps grid of the Project view, Cobra allows the delete operation if:
  • Milestones or steps exist on the work package. This also applies when deleting a single milestone or step.
  • The work package is open. This also applies when deleting a single milestone or step
  • At least one of the selected milestones/steps is open.
Cobra displays a confirmation message for each selected milestone or step before proceeding with the delete operation.
  • Select Yes to delete the currently selected milestone or step.
  • Select Yes to All to delete the currently selected and subsequent milestones or steps.
  • Select No to skip the currently selected milestone or step.
  • Select No to All to skip the currently selected and subsequent milestones or steps.
  • Select Cancel to cancel the delete operation.
Note: Cobra automatically skips the closed milestones or steps during the delete operation. When you select open and closed milestones or steps, Cobra only displays the confirmation message for the open milestones or steps.
